Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date the item is received.
All items are subject to examination and approval by our team.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With original tags, packaging, and accessories intact

We reserve the right to reject any exchange if the product does not meet our examination standards.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special releases may be non-exchangeable (if applicable — optional line).
